Before X-Ray: Upper right posterior jaw, missing 4 teeth. The sinus membrane must be elevated and a bone graft performed prior to placement of implants.
After X-Ray: Four implants holding a fixed bridge to replace all the missing teeth.
12 - Year Result.
Before: Failed Root Canals and abscessed teeth are treated by extracting the 4 upper front teeth and replacing with 2 implants, a gum graft, and a porcelain non-removable bridge.
After: Two implants replacing four front teeth with a porcelain bridge.
Skiing accident knocked out 4 lower front teeth in a 23-year-old girl. She has facial bruising from the accident.
Leaving her with a damaged bone ridge which is almost too narrow for implants.
Temporary bridge that she can eat with while healing from the accident and which is quite aesthetic.
Cone beams can help us determine if implants are possible and where they should go.
